Fall Festival is Saturday, October 25, from 4-7 pm, @ FPC?
Fall Festival will feature a lot of great fellowship, delicious food, and fun?
Fall Festival is open to people of all ages?
Fall Festival offers kids lots of fun, like horseback riding, a hay ride, face painting, inflatables, and booths for winning candy?
Fall Festival means kids of all ages (that includes you, grown-ups) can enjoy a cake walk, a bobbing for apples competition and a greased pig catching contest?
Fall Festival will feed you chili and hotdogs, prepared by Owen Oliver & company?
Fall Festival will conclude by gathering around a campfire to sing praises to our great God and Redeemer Jesus Christ?
Fall Festival is a way to share your joy in Christ by inviting people outside our church family (relatives, friends, co-workers, the person next to you in line at the grocery store, etc.) to join us?

According to Plan - Joe will be teaching the Adult Bible Class beginning on October 19 during the Sunday School hour on the book entitled, According to Plan by Graeme Goldsworthy. Talk to Joe Holland or Don Smith if you would like to join us.

Youth Lock-In: Friday, October 10th, 10:00 pm - 8:00 am at the church. We will play games, video games and watch movies. Snacks and breakfast will be served. BRING YOUR FRIENDS!!! Please notify Grant, 289-2435, if you will be able to attend.

First Things: Eight successive Wednesday evenings beginning October 22 from 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm in the Jackson Room. Are you curious about First Presbyterian Church? Would you like to listen to discussion on the most important things about Christianity? Would you like learn the basics of spiritual health in a comfortable setting? We created First Things to answer these questions and more. Call 289-2435 for more information or to sign up.

Lunch with John Bible Study: Tuesdays, 12:00-1:00 pm in the 2nd floor conference room at Tyler, King & Ryder. Bring your lunch. All are welcome.

Women’s Bible Studies:

Wednesdays, 8:30-10:30 am in the home of Lynda Temple. They are studying Lynda Dillow’s book, Calm My Anxious Heart: A Woman’s Guide to Finding Contentment.

Wednesdays, 8:30-9:30 am in the Jackson Room. They are studying Lydia Brownback’s Legacy of Faith.

Conditioning Class: Mondays and Thursdays, 5:30-6:15 pm in the gym.

Men’s Outing: October 11 from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm at the Taj Mahal in Zemuly, MS. This is for men and boys. Bring your guns and shells for skeet shooting (BB guns for target shooting for the younger guys). Also, bring your pocket knives for whittling. There’s more planned including eating at 5:50 pm. We will pass the hat to cover expenses. Plan to come and have a good relaxing time and bring a friend. Please sign up on the “Church Events” bulletin board.
