The purpose of the Youth Ministry at FPC is to assist parents in cultivating their teenagers’ love for the Lord Jesus Christ, the Church and the unbeliever.  We want them grounded in the holy, inspired and inerrant Word of God, which is always relevant and never failing.  We want them to know that they are saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone.  In realizing this amazing gift of God, we want to see our young people serving as Christ’s ambassadors by serving others.  We lay these foundational principles in the context of fellowship and fun. Our vehicles of ministry are:

  • Sunday School

    • In March, we attend Against the Flow, a PCA retreat hosted by Grace Presbytery at Twin Lakes Camp and Conference Center, in Florence, Mississippi.
    • Every summer, we take our students to the beach for a week at RYM (Reformed Youth Ministries) in Panama City Beach, Florida. This is the highlight of our summer! Registration begins in February/March.
    • Missions: Approximately every other year, our high school student ministry goes on a mission trip. It can be either foreign or domestic.
